The Enterprise Business Development Consultant primary responsibility is to develop sales from existing enterprise customers and generate new leads and opportunities through developing relationships with clients seeking referrals. Present to potential clients through Weber, face to face meetings and via the telephone.
Responsibilities:
- Expected to meet and exceed monthly sales target.
- Responsible for full sales cycle from lead to close.
- Generate and qualify customer leads.
- Manage the overall quality of deliverables, including peer review of other’s output.
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to perform feasibility assessments of how well Engine Networks solutions meet the customer requirements and what customization would be required.
- Maintain a clear understanding of how existing customers are using Engine Networks solutions.
The most competitive candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred.
- Possesses superior follow up skills with the ability to respond under pressure.
- Able to work to a monthly target and be able to effectively communicate over the phone, through email and face-to-face.
- A minimum of 2 - 4 years successful installed base business sales experience for companies with revenue of 1M+
- 25M+, incorporating value/service selling.
- Experience in strategic selling at Executive and Board level.
- Sales experience in a technology related industry preferred.
- B2B Sales experience.

Datacenter Operations Technician (Milan) |

We are currently seeking a Datacenter Operations Technician to join our growing team within the Engineering department. The Data Center Technician will be responsible for building custom ordered servers. The Technician monitors, troubleshoots, and repairs servers with hardware and network problems. The Technician works with minimal supervision in a high stress environment.
Responsibilities:
-Build, upgrade, and configure custom ordered servers from scratch spanning several different platforms and configurations
-Basic troubleshooting of all aspects of operating systems and hardware
-Monitor, repair upgrade and downgrade servers
-Escalate tickets as needed and collaborate with teammates to resolve customer issues
The most competitive candidate will have the following:
-Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience building HP Servers
-Basic knowledge of Window/Unix/Linux operating systems
-Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service oriented position preferred
-Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent certifications and/or work experience
